The latest DTF printing method for garments is now available at Above the Below.
DTF stands for "Direct to Film". It is a new technology for printing DTF transfers to heat seal onto garments.
Using our new dedicated DTF printer it prints the design onto a special PET paper. We then apply a powdered glue and cook it to melt it to the ink.
The DTF transfer is then ready to send out to you, for heat pressing onto your garment. With a softer feel than vinyl, it is stretchy and won't crack.
We print and supply DTF transfers to the trade at special trade prices.
Most economical way to print a high quantity of DTF Transfers. Send us your files, tell us how many you need and we'll lay them out and let you know how many metres you would need. Print area - 38 x 100cm

Disclaimer
Modern garments are coated and finished in many different ways. We therefore recommend testing the best combination of heatseal parameters and method before applying the DTF Transfer decoration. Above the Below Ltd accept no liability for incorrectly applied decoration.
Please check that your DTF transfers are printed correctly before pressing onto your garments. We accept no liability for pressing incorrectly printed DTF transfers to garments and we can not refund the cost of garments.
DTF prints are vibrant and the colour in the DTF transfers will last, without fading.
DTF transfers are stretchy and durable unlike the outdated printed vinyls.
DTF transfers are printed in high photo quality. We are sometimes asked if they can have photos on DTF transfers and the answer is yes. Much better print quality than screen printed garments.
Unlike the DTG method no pre treatment is required on the garments - you can simply go straight to press.
Are you currently using vinyl and spending lots of wasted time weeding out the prints? Well weed no more with DTF transfers. We print them and you can press them. Simple and quick!
Every DTF transfer is printed with a second layer of white ink to the reverse of the print. This means you can apply DTF transfers to any colour garment and still see your pure colours as they should be.
Wash your new DTF clothing in your usual 40 degree wash (or cooler), inside out to look after them the best you can.
We advise against using them in the tumble dryer.
First wash - please wait 24 hours after applying the DTF transfer, before you wash them.
With the right care the DTF print should outlast the garment itself.
