Artwork guidelines - please ensure that the shape of the label is set up in a spot colour named "CutContour" and set to overprint. There needs to be 3mm bleed and the usual spec see here.

If you don't understand any of the above artwork setup then please get in touch as we are happy to help you out. We won't refuse artwork but will work with you to make sure it's right.
